If your application is not selected after our profile review, or if you request a withdrawal prior to Cohort Day 1, your ₹499 reservation fee is refunded back to your source account automatically.
01Why Do We Charge ₹499?
Every cohort is strictly capped at 20 engineers so our senior team can conduct line-by-line GitHub pull request code reviews and hold 1-on-1 sprint mentorship sessions.
In previous batches, free sign-up forms received hundreds of bots and uncommitted submissions that deprived passionate students of limited seats. The ₹499 fee acts solely as an intent filter.

If our admissions team determines you are not yet ready for Cohort 04 during profile evaluation, your ₹499 is reversed instantly.
If your college schedule or personal commitments change before Cohort Day 1 kickoff, simply ping us on WhatsApp for a 100% refund.
Any duplicate charge caused by UPI gateway network timeout is refunded within 24 hours.
If we fail to deliver production code review, curriculum modules, or the verified agency internship structure as promised.
03Refund Turnaround Times
All refunds are routed back to the exact payment method used during checkout:

- Debit / Credit Cards & Net Banking: 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank's settlement cycle.
